Analysis of amino acids and histamine using pre-column derivatization using DABS-Cl

DAB-Label using DABS-Cl (Dimethylamino azobenzenesulfonyl chloride) with a high reactivity makes possible to analyze not only the amino acids but also the compounds having the amino group simultaneously. Moreover, DAB-Label facilitates the troublesome work for the derivatization by offering it as a kit. The obtained amino acids provide good stability and can be stored for quite a while.
