Particle size analyzing of chocolate by laser diffraction by 3P Instruments

This application note demonstrated that the Bettersizer 2600 is capable of detecting the particle size changes by successfully performing the measurements of characterizing chocolate of different types (dark, milk, white) and various countries. The Bettersizer 2600 has therefore been proven to be an effective tool to analyze the particle size distribution of chocolate and help manufactures produce more attractive and consistent final products.
