This note introduces the GL Sciences MonoCap C18 High Resolution 2000 connection kit, a dedicated connection kit for the for the MonoCap C18 High Resolution 2000, to be used when connecting the column directly to the system. The note also introduces the Zero Dead Volume Union, connect the tubing from the system directly to the union and install the column to achieve zero dead volume.
