In this poster, high analyte recoveries and low ion suppression are demonstrated, allowing limits of quantitation at low pg/mL levels for the di-OH metabolites and < 1 ng/mL levels for the OH metabolites. The method demonstrates good linearity and coefficients of determination from calibration curves.
