Flow FFF principle

Advantages:

• Stable flows/pressures at any time during injection, focussing, elution
• No old-fashioned needle valves, T-pieces and flow controllers needed
• No dead volumes and no switching vales at all
• Channel outlet is directly connected with detector inlet for minimal band broadening
• Less flow and pressure disturbance cause higher resolution, recovery and reproducibility
